  • At Viva Active, we offer two membership options to suit your goals and lifestyle.

    Personal Training Memberships
    Starting from 1 Personal Training session per week, our memberships provide personalised coaching, tailored training and nutrition guidance, ongoing accountability and access to all 16 weekly group classes at no additional cost. Members are also able to train in our private studio individually as thy wish. This option is ideal for those wanting a structured, individualised approach with the support of a dedicated coach.

    Unlimited Group Class Membership
    Perfect for those who enjoy training in a supportive group environment. This membership includes unlimited access to all 16 weekly group classes, with sessions including Lift, Burn, Sweat, Boxing, Mobility and Hybrid Saturdays. App access is included to book classes and manage your schedule. Please note this membership provides group class access only and does not include Personal Training or private gym access.

  • Getting started is easy. Simply complete the Contact Form on our website or give us a call on 0416 959 029. We'll have a chat about your goals, answer any questions and help you choose the membership that's right for you.

We combine the expertise of qualified Physiotherapists and Personal Trainers with the personalised experience of a private training studio. Every member receives individual attention, structured programming and ongoing support in an environment free from crowded gym floors and one-size-fits-all training. Whether you're working towards fat loss, building strength or improving your long-term health, we're here to help you achieve lasting results, not just short-term motivation.

  • Absolutely not. Many of our members join with little or no gym experience. Every session is tailored to your current fitness level, allowing you to progress at a pace that's right for you while building confidence along the way.
